HP

In the early-to-mid 2000s, I developed a number of campaigns for Hewlett-Packard printers, primarily directed at small to medium businesses. The brief for the projects was always the same: disrupt the industry with uncharacteristically artful and graphic ads touting HP’s superior technology. The visual style was driven by mid-century modern influences, such as designs by Paul Rand and Saul Bass.

I have always gravitated to the design aesthetic of the 1950s and 1960s and it remains one of my absolute favorites to this day. This work for HP was bold, vibrant, and endlessly fun to create.
